Everything going on in our minds also has a huge impact on our overall health and wellbeing, and for me this is where we can have the biggest impact by empowering ourselves.
Taking back control conversely involves letting go of control and nurturing a trust in our body and mind. When we trust ourselves and trust in our body and mind, we being to realise we actually have all the answers we need within us.
The human body is amazingly intricate, and the human mind arguably even more complex. If we give the body and mind the right circumstances together they can do great things – from creating life when conceiving a baby, to healing physical and emotional wounds and setting you free to live your best life.
Would you like to explore the power of your subconscious and see just what you’re capable of?
It’s my intention to lead as healthy and as happy a life as possible, after all we’re only on this planet for a very short time – and I’m driven and determined to help other people, like you, do the same.
I believe true health involves being healthy on all levels, so not just the physical element, but the mental, emotional, and even spiritual too. Without a basic level of good health, everything else becomes more difficult. However, with a baseline of good health, life in general becomes easier.
When I was growing up, I intuitively felt and understood the mind-body connection and became interested in emotional and mental health. As a lifelong learner, this interest soon became a hobby and eventually a career as I left my corporate position behind in favour of work more meaningful to me.
I know from first-hand experience how it’s possible to turn your life around, and change everything!
Perhaps you’re not ready to change everything and that’s also ok. The smallest change can have the biggest impact, especially when it comes to overall health and wellbeing.
I also see how my health and wellbeing impacts my family and those closest to me. I’m married and together we have two children. When I’m doing well and my cup is full, I am more able to look after my family and help them thrive.
That is why I like my cup not just be full, but to be overflowing!
If I take care of myself, then I am better able to handle all the ups and downs that life inevitably throws at me. It took me a long time to learn that if I put myself first it’s not selfish – in fact it could be argued that the opposite is true. That it’s selfish when I’m not putting myself first, because then I won’t be at my best.
So I encourage you to choose to prioritise yourself and your needs! Contact me today to see if we are a good match to work together and if what I offer can help you
My own journey has taught me that life is full of ups and downs, and it’s my mission to help you navigate those twists and turns in the most optimal way for you. Life is short, let’s live life to the fullest and make the most of every minute by being as physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy as possible! Create a better life and love the life you live, live the life you love.
My vision for the world is that every human being knows deep in their core that they are worthy of love and that their life is of equal importance to every other life. That each and every one of us takes responsibility for our actions and our lives, and knows that our own health and wellbeing starts with ourselves. If we’re not willing to put in the effort and do the work, then it won’t matter how much someone else helps and supports us, we will still never be truly free, living from a place of joy and appreciating this life we are given. It’s not a dress rehearsal – let’s live life to the full!
Being honest is paramount to me, and the basis of all communication, relationships and experiences. It’s especially important to be honest with ourselves!
No one is an island. Family will always be first for me. They are the backbone, as well as the inspiration, for all I do.
Acting without integrity is like being dishonest in my opinion. I want to walk-my-talk, and live in alignment acting in congruence and with integrity.
Related to family, whether blood relations or chosen family, I feel it’s important to love and respect those closest to us. Most of all, it’s important to take care of each other.
Although we may be interconnected, we are individuals and therefore not the same. However, all lives are equal and all lives are valuable.
A cliché I know, but love is everything. It all comes back to love - every time.
